Payment Options: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle and Venmo as forms of payment for services and products.
Client Satisfaction: Clients should leave our salon satisfied with their haircut and color service. If a client is dissatisfied, we are committed to making the necessary adjustments within ten days of the original appointment date, free of charge.
Cancellations: We request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your scheduled service. This allows us to accommodate other clients waiting for an appointment.
Gift Certificates: Give the gift of self-care. Our gift certificates are available in any denomination, can be redeemed for products and services, and can be valued in any denomination you wish.
